Fred Stennis, co-founder and managing partner of Navicore Partners LLC, brings over 25 years of leadership in education, financial aid, and community engagement.

As a Supervisor and Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Education, he leads national outreach efforts to expand college access to thousands of students. He also directs a team of specialists and oversees multiple regional financial aid initiatives focused on enhancing awareness of postsecondary funding opportunities and reinforcing the critical importance of higher education.

Originally from Southern California, Fred has served as a financial aid director, adjunct professor, school board vice-chairman, and youth mentor. His career has focused on advancing equity through cross-sector partnerships and empowering underserved communities. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Oakwood College and an M.S. in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
